How we check this website for accessibility and how to get help.

Gateway Water and Mold wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
What we have checked
In May 2026 we checked a sample of 14 representative pages against parts of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Every sampled page had a skip-to-content link, a page language, a single main heading, alt text on images, and labels on form fields. We found heading levels that skip on some pages and are fixing them as pages are updated.
That was a sample, not a full audit, and we do not claim the whole site conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA.
