Why we exist
Most restoration companies
don’t earn the second job.
For years, AirSense Environmental was the trusted St. Louis name in indoor air quality and radon mitigation. Hundreds of homeowners called us when they wanted an honest answer about what was in their air. The pattern that emerged: most of those calls started with a water event somebody else handled badly.
Wet basements that turned into mold problems. Insurance claims that dragged on for months because the contractor’s paperwork was wrong. Demo scopes that gutted whole rooms when a smaller scope would have done the job. By the time AirSense got the call, half the budget was already spent fixing the original mitigation contractor’s mistakes.
Gateway exists to do the water and mold work the way AirSense always did the air-quality work, test before you scope, plan before you tear out, and write the insurance file the carrier actually wants. Same operators, same standards, just a name that says specifically what we do.
