Who writes and reviews our content

Articles and service pages on gatewaywatermold.com are published under the name of Jake Lusby, owner of Gateway Water and Mold, who holds IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications. Our marketing partner drafts and edits content. Jake reviews each article for accuracy before it is published.

How we use AI

We use AI writing tools to help research and draft content. AI does not decide what we publish. A person edits every draft, and Jake reviews the facts about our work, our process and restoration practice before publication. We do not use AI to invent customer reviews, quotes, credentials, job results or photos.

Our standards

• We describe what we actually do. If a claim depends on your policy, your property or the laboratory results, we say so.
• We do not promise insurance outcomes. Your insurer decides coverage.
• Prices and timelines are estimates unless they are in a written scope for your job.
• Health questions belong with a qualified medical professional. Our content is not medical advice.
• Where we rely on an outside source, such as the EPA or IICRC standards, we link to it.

Corrections

If you see an error, tell us through our contact form. Include the page address and what is wrong. We review every report. When we correct a factual error, we update the page and its date.
